Detailed feedback on recent order

I placed an order for some Royal Canin Senior Hundefutter and a Trixie Trinkbrunnen for my older dog. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, easy to find what I needed. I appreciated the detailed product descriptions for the food, helping me pick the right one. Shipping took 6 days to reach Munich, which was within the timeframe stated. The food arrived in good condition. The drinking fountain was packed securely, and assembly was simple enough. My only minor complaint is that the tracking updates weren't as frequent as I'd hoped, but it still arrived. Overall, a solid purchase experience. Will likely order again for the dog's special diet food.

Reliable for cat supplies

This was my third order from MainZoo. I usually get the Josera Katzenfutter and some new Katzenspielzeug. They're consistently good on price and stock. My last order came in 4 days, which is pretty standard for them. I like knowing what to expect. It's just easy to reorder the same things and know they'll arrive without issues.

Good value, shipping could improve

I ordered some Rinti Hundefutter and a new Hundebett last month. Prices were competitive, especially for the food. The bed was decent quality for what I paid. Delivery took about 7 days to get to me in Berlin, which felt a bit long. Everything arrived well-packaged though, no damage. Customer service was fine when I had a question about tracking.
